Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within five (5) business days of the date your order is marked as delivered.
To qualify for a refund, items must:

Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Products showing signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration.

Clearance or final sale items, if designated as such at the time of purchase.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or the incorrect item was shipped.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Zakar Beriyth is not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged during transit.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your financial institution or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for eligible items.
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within five (5) business days of delivery to begin the exchange process.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within five (5) business days of delivery.

Upon verification, Zakar Beriyth will replace the damaged or incorrect item at no additional cost to you.
Right to Refuse Refunds
Zakar Beriyth reserves the right to deny any refund request if the returned merchandise:

Has been altered or damaged after delivery.
